Spring has sprung at Go Away Farm!

Wimpe in front of the windmill.

The roses are beautiful right now. We also were sitting on the porch this afternoon and the Jasmine was unbelievable! The aroma is something to behold. We have some baby Thompson Seedless grapes on our young vines. And the orange tree has over 100 oranges on it this year. Tomorrow is suppose to be a cold front and I'm hopeful that we don't get a frost. The tomatoes and squash are in full production! It won't be long and we'll have some fresh vegetables on the table at Go Away.

The new prep-kitchen is dried in and cabinets start next week. Hopefully, by the end of May we'll be utilizing it. We really can't do the events we are handling without a good prep area for the cooking. Mikki is excited about it, but wants it sooner than our contractor is moving. We lack the cabinets, plumbing, electrical finish and paint/stain. It'll be a few weeks. Sure will be nice.
